There’s a book that kinda speaks on this called The Alter Ego Effect and your perspective gamifies your work , I dig it. I kinda felt the same way about Rocket League and circulating the OR!

Sorry for delay. I don't come back often, but this book gave me the idea and really helped me in major ways. My alter ego is a secret (like batman!). But this can help you create an alter ego of your own.
