She may be doing an audiobook of her Alzheimer's book.
I just heard an interview with Ben Bikman saying the reason he eats LC/keto and does IF is hoping to avoid it, family history. His Insulin IQ group does regular livestreams and he has spoken about insulin and Alzheimer's and the use of exogenous ketones, IF and a keto or LC diet.
What I have heard Amy Berger say so far re: Alzheimer's is fairly horrifying. Hyperinsulinemia does our brains no favors.
I used to have a very heavy Diet Coke habit and significant brain fog. Kicking that habit was one of the hardest things I have ever done, was pretty surprising. Switched it out for iced tea. Brain fog improved a great deal and keto helps even more but still a concern.
The Alzheimer's Antidote: Using a Low-Carb, High-Fat Diet to Fight Alzheimer’s Disease, Memory Loss, and Cognitive Decline Paperback – March 24, 2017 by Amy Berger (Author), Dr. David Perlmutter MD (Foreword) https://www.amazon.com/Alzheimers-Antidote-Low-Carb-High-Fat-Cognitive/dp/1603587098
There is even a book on it. They are calling Alzheimers Diabetes 3.

I bought the book as soon as it was released since my grandfather is going through rapid cognitive decline. I have since bought 3 total copies. One for myself and one for two of my grandparents. The grandparent that doesn't need it and is is really good health is the one that has the most interest in reading it. This is a great book even for general keto knowledge and would recommend it for anyone new to or starting a keto diet.
This subject was the topic of her masters thesis, so it came from the studies and medical research she dove into as part of that. She didn't provide a list of those sources for the interview, but I'm sure she has them thoroughly documented in her book, The Alzheimer's Antidote, here: https://www.amazon.com/Alzheimers-Antidote-Low-Carb-High-Fat-Cognitive/dp/1603587098?crid=2HKANGI17SH97&keywords=the+alzheimer%27s+antidote&qid=1537286596&sprefix=the+alzheim%2Caps%2C225&sr=8-1&ref=sr_1_1
Alzheimers is even being considered as type 3 diabetes ... Amy Berger is doing a lot of work on that.

I am not a doctor, and you should not consider any of my comments as medical advice. I can only share with you my families experience.
My mother was experiencing a similar decline until she quit taking antidepressants and other anticholinergic medications:

Further improvement was noticed after she stopped taking a medication that deprives the brain of one of the main substances that it is supposed to be very high in:
She (like millions of others) adhered to a very low-fat diet for most of her life which has now been found to contribute to diabetes and the associated cognitive decline:
