The original Japanese copy of Bestiary was about $60 and was a hardcover copy, no idea on the dimensions.
I'll probably want to print something out big enough to be a coffee-table book, like 9x12" or something similar. I own Doug Sneyd's art book, and I think that something that size would be perfect.
It will obviously be hardcover as well.
