The Assistant Lighting Designer's Toolkit by Anne E. McMills is a great resource
Good job. It sounds like you made the best of a challenging process.
I have a massive pet peeve about your instrument schedule: freeze the top row so it prints on every page. I hate having to go back to page one to figure out what a column is.
Your plot looks good.
Your magic sheet could use a little work, I can't really parse it. Documentation is for collaboration so everyone can share information quickly. Try to aim for the current standard, something more like this. See how every system has its own section?

A tip: document for yourself in a few years time. You'll be amazed at how much detail about a show you forget.
If you really want to dive into paperwork check out this book.
You're exactly where you should be. You should be proud of yourself. Congrats.
