My wife and I have 2 that have grown a lot, we use moss poles. We got a few from Amazon during the pandemic that the top is hollow so you can use the soil stale from the bottom of one and make like a 2x height pole, link below….

shit...that's gonna hurt no matter what way you put it in there...
Yeah you do. The ones I use have stakes that are smaller in diameter than the pole exposed above ground. Check ‘em out!
The pvc ones are a bit different but same concept. I’ve seen recently some hybrid types with a plastic stake but coco coir substrate. I haven’t tried them but that may be a good option too.
My preference with the wood ones is that a) they’re not plastic and I just avoid as much plastic as I can even though in the US it’s somewhat futile, and b) they stack really snugly and stay straight when you extend the length. The coco coir instead of moss is nice too because IME it doesn’t rot or require replacement and it’s easily penetrable by the aerial roots yet somewhat sturdy/“grippy” (if that makes sense).
Beautiful!! Good save!!
-The big guy in the back is a Monstera deliciosa. Monsteras are a fan favorite in the houseplant community because of their unique leaves. It's a tropical houseplant that loves humidity, so I mist mine with a spray bottle frequently, but let the soil dry out completely between waterings. You don't want the soil to be soggy or else it will develop root rot. They like bright indirect light and (obviously) can grow to be quite monstrous in size if you let them. They grow up other trees in the wild, rather than growing out like a bush, so personally I'd ditch the stakes and string it currently has supporting it. The string could start to cut into it's stems over time. I have mine growing on a moss pole like this
-The one in the middle is a Sansevieria trifasciata 'Laurentii', more commonly known as a verigated snake plant. (When a plant is "verigated," it just means has different coloration in it's leaves compared to others of it's species.) As another redditor mentioned, snake plants pretty much thrive on neglect. You'll be better off letting the soil dry out between waterings. They can tolerate low light conditions, but prefer indirect light.
-Lastly, the little guy in front looks to be a Hypoestes phyllostachya, more commonly known as a polka dot plant. They like to be in the shade when in the wild, so like the snake plant, put it in a spot with bright, indirect sun. They like to be watered relatively frequently, so don't let the soil completely dry out. If it gets too dry it'll wilt, but if it gets too soggy it'll rot. Just just be careful.
If you have any questions r/houseplants is an amazing group of plant nerds (like me 😅) who are more than happy to help out!! Good luck!! 🪴
Also it’s hard to tell what your pole is made of but it should be something that the plant can actually root to and that can hold a small amount of moisture but not rot. I like these - they’re sturdy and easily stackable too.

Here. I like them because they are stackable
It's a moss pole. You can buy them at most nurseries or garden centers. I've added a link at the bottom for one that I use from Amazon.
Thank you. Got it from amazon. It is 24” when stacked together. So far so good!

I use these. It comes with plastic ties (I'm not sure what they are called) that you can tie to Monster to the moss pole.
Monsteras are a vine and love to climb.
Also. I love using fish emulsion fertilizer (Neptune's Harvest Fish Fertilizer 2-4-1, 18 Ounce https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009L8ZHVY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_G8JN7C3VV2PZJJX34QAQ)

The Blooming Jungle 24 Inch Plant... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YVJC7NF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I figured I'd try to do it while the plant is still young! I definitely think I like the look of taller monstera deliciosa plants as opposed to wider. I got it from Amazon! It's a coir pole, not moss but it came with 2. So as the plant grows, you can put the second pole in the top of the first pole to extend it.
Here is a link to the poles! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YVJC7NF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
