See if you can't pick up a copy of Complete CS Lewis Signature Classics. It's an incredible series of works where he explains things plainly and beautifully. Though it's not Catholic, it's a masterpiece work.
As it's already been said, I'd like to just reiterate that faith comes from an intellectual understanding. It's fine that you don't neccesarily "feel" it. More often than not, I'm on the same boat. I'd say our faith starts intellectually and develops emotionally: many religions (as well as other Christian sects) which are the other way around seem to have quite a few theological flaws. Just keep learning, it will hash out one day!
Me too! I'm almost finished.
You can definitely see that he intended it to originally be part of a radio show. Very simplistic analogies and short chapters.
I bought this and while I'm not a fan of the binding, it does have a lot of his more famous books.
I have this C.S. Lewis collection and love it.
