It's sadly out of print, but you can still find it on places like Amazon. I paid about a hundred bucks for a paperback version, and it came in the mail in really good condition for a book from the mid 80s.

It's not so much that it's hard to find a copy, as it is that they're insanely priced.

AbeBooks has used copies starting at $150 plus shipping and "new" copies over $300. Amazon starts at $200. Thriftbooks starts at $180. And that's assuming you're after the paperback.
