I wrote 2 books on living with schizophrenia. I am a mental health talk therapist who has lived with Sz x 25 years. Dr Elyn Saks wrote the foreword to my second book. Here are the links below. If you are interested and purchase, I would love your feedback! Otherwise, “A Beautiful Mind” is a good movie about John Nash who lived with Sz and won a Nobel prize.
