It really doesn't matter as long as you hit your macros. Most of the standard popular keto recipe books will do the trick. Carolyn Ketchum's recipe books are my favorite because not only are the recipes delicious, but she does a great job of introducing keto cooking. I'd start with this one - The Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen.

I usually end up making some of those recipes, or similar ones, and supplement with extra meat or whey protein to hit my protein goals, since us lifters need more protein than the typical sedentary keto dieter.
