This is my first book, it's 1 part weight loss self-help and 1 part overview of the obesity pandemic and the severe impact it will have on "Generation Z" (born 1995-20**) as time goes on.
I lost nearly 200 pounds over the past two years, and during that time I learned an enormous amount of information about weight loss and how it works. Given how much disinformation, confusion, and disillusionment exists in the world on the subject (especially with how often fad diets are churned out by the diet industry), I decided to devote some time into translating what I learned into this book.
