Honestly, the only book you need is The Guyde. GLHF!
I am/was (am/was because I've grown so much, but still growing) in similar situation. Some things I want to recommend are Lovelifesolved's 30 day Confidence and Lifestyle challenges. These aren't really about dating, but improving yourself and can be really fun. I recommend doing the Confidence first followed up by Lifestyle challenge. Also Howie Reith's book The Guyde which is filled with tones of exercises that will help you in the first 6 chapters to deal with exactly what you want to improve on.
