Anarchism is an idea, just like other political ideas. There are never perfect examples of them in reality, just societies that have qualities common with those ideas.
The anarchism in somalia has closer relations to the ideas of anarcho capitalists than anarcho syndicalists according to the book above, which is pretty much the only source I am aware of on this matter.
The judicial system is not centralized for example, which is something that market anarchists like to see. Women are severely oppressed however, which is something most anarchists don't like. There is however no reason to think that women's emancipation can't happen there like everywhere else with increased wealth and opportunities.
