What "spin"? There is no additional words surrounding the quote written by someone else. It is a quote on its own. It cannot possibly be " spinned". What you're saying makes no sense.

Totally false. Now you are spinning. No, it is not true that being a cold blooded killer is just what any soldier from any nation is called upon to be. A cold blooded killer is something far different.

Brutal US aggression? Don't be ridiculous. He was talking to his soldiers becoming cold blooded killers for such massacres as at La Cabaña Fortress where him and his thugs murdered innocent civilians.

Adding "to defend against aggression" does not excuse it at all. It would be like claiming if we added "to defend against aggression" for everything Hitler said about killing people would suddenly make everyone who quoted from him in horror as "pshaw, you're quoting out of context, he was just defending that's all."
