KJ Charles. The first installment is free on Amazon US right now. It has been for a while.

The Magpie Lord series by KJ Charles meets 1, 3 and 4, although it is historical rather than high fantasy (alternate version of Victorian England). She is a fabulous author, but you don’t see her mentioned on this Reddit often as she writes primarily historical m/m romance rather than fantasy. Well worth reading!

Guilty Pleasures by Laurell K. Hamilton is part of the Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter series and it's 1 of my 2 favorite series ever. Highly recommended!

First person narrative, kick-ass strong smart heroin, Urban-Fantasy, Suspense and Mystery and Romance.

Excellent writing and narration.
