Okay I haven't read them myself, but here are some works on my radar as well-known works on the incarnation.
The Man Christ Jesus, by Bruce Ware for a contemporary work. Ware is interesting but holds a wonky view on the Trinity (Eternal subordination of the Son) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/1433513056/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_ZVAkFbHV073QV
On the Incarnation, by Athanasius is an old book on the incarnation. Athanasius as you probably know defended against Arianism in the early church. So I imagine his writing on it is excellent. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/0881414271/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_QUAkFbARM6CJH
The Humanity of God, by Karl Barth. I find Barth difficult to understand, but many swear by him. Again, haven't read the book but apparently the Incarnation to Barth is supposed to be the physical representation of God's yes to humanity? I think that's what it's about? https://smile.amazon.com/dp/0804206120/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_E0AkFbSCD4189
