Are you sure you need the isolate protein right now? That could be calories you could use to eat real food like a vegetable soup.
In stead of chicken salad which has the high calorie mayo - you could have some veggies and potatoes.
Keep in mind - would 8 oz chicken keep me full or 1 lb of potatoes? They both have the same amount of calories. (Sweet potatoes keep me more full).
