I ordered these two books off Amazon Mediterranean cookbook for two IVF meal plan
I’m picking and choosing recipes from each. The IVF meal plan has an actual weekly plan you can follow but that’s a bit more prescriptive than I like so I’m using recipes but just in my own order and timeline. I did find that book informative
I think generally you want to think lots of fish, vegetables, and high fat dairy. Tonight, we’re having grilled chicken kabobs with onion, cucumber, and tomato and with tzaziki sauce on the side.
