I'm extremely pleased to hear these ideas are as interesting to you as they are to me. Jayne's book, I think, casued much of my own spiritual awakening.

If reading it on a PC is not to your liking then any ebook reader for a phone will do a great job. I personally use FBreader. There is also much talk around the ideas to be found from a quick google, though none goes too deep. A rabbi has written a short peice on the theory which is worth a read too. https://www.amazon.com/Minds-Bible-Speculations-Evolution-Consciousness-ebook/dp/B00B5LWV82
I have hoped often to re read the book at take notes in order to modernise the text slightly though never taken the leap.
Jaynes also talks about hypnosis and schizophrenia. Here's a small excerpt that I found very impressive, at least as I read it https://i.imgur.com/LLxz6Ps.jpg.
In terms of circles to discuss this type of thinking, there isn't much specific. I was lead to Jung's understanding of symbolism. Essentially through Jayne's idea that language is the foundadtion of perception.
