Amazon Video is not free but it actually works for international viewers, which was a pleasant surprise. I am in Argentina and I can't watch it on Fox, Hulu or Yahoo View, but I bought the Season Pass in Amazon for $25 and I just finished streaming Episode 2 just fine.
With 26 episodes "in the can" now, I would say it is going to be coming to a much larger number of countries than would have been the case with just Season One.
I wish I could help you since unfortunately in my case I'm from America and watching on Hulu.
I know that it is currently on Amazon Video for purchase, but I don't know if that might be available to international audiences either. At least it is worth a shot but it might cost you a little bit. Season One is also available on DVD and might be easier to get in some countries.
Don't they have it on amazon? I found this:
I think that's a streaming service? I dunno how ideal it is. Never used amazon before. I'm going to try pay it money and hope it's a streaming service.
While certainly not ideal, can you buy it on Amazon in the EU? I'm still considering that option myself (it might become a Christmas present for me), but it is one way to send money to Seth and to watch it legally.
Trust me to say that those sales will influence a decision as to if Fox will renew the series or not... and you get to watch commercial free too!

They are not even here yet. But they are launching at the end of this/early next year! Amazon US is kind of hard to tell though. They never say something is not available. But they will have restrictions on it like shipping only to the US. That said, their site does have it up.
(Hopefully Yahoo View might also have the rest of the episodes
free throughout the season, but we don't know that yet.)
The first episode is also free on Amazon, Google Play, Vudu, and iTunes.

Here is Amazon's information about purchasing a Season Pass:
[link]
After reading that, go back to the show page and
find and click the blue "More Purchase Options" link on the right.
Then, among the purchase options, you'll see two Season options,
one in "HD" (high-definition) and one in "SD" (standard-definition).
(HD gives a nice sharp picture if your computer can handle it;
but I use SD because my old underpowered computer can't play HD smoothly.)
Alternatively, besides Amazon, the show can also be purchased from
Google Play or Apple's iTunes or Walmart's Vudu.
BTW, if you want to save money, recent episodes are legally free
on "Yahoo View" (which is a limited free Hulu outlet for nonsubscribers):

The Fox website also has recent episodes.

If you have a Hulu subscription, you can watch the show there:

(All of the above are currently US-only, AFAIK.)
