Do some googling. It’s there, but it’s also buried under layers and layers of propaganda. The DNC can’t stomach calling out the communists for their actions, bc, as Cashill’s books shows, communists and socialists have so infiltrated that party - excepting that one former Admiral from the 2012 debates that said China was a greater threat to our national security than climate change.
Also check out this book, to understand modern Communist China, aka Cult of Xi. The condescending attitude towards foreigners is the fundamental citation for racism which your want.
Why are the Chinese so smugly superior? Riddle me that Batman
Board rooms of corporations, the way we as free market westerners understand them, are virtually meaningless in the PRC. Company boards in Chinese companies exist because such things are required by companies that issue stock, are publicly traded and listed on stock exchanges. In short, the boards exist in order to give the appearance of legality and to dupe naive westerners.
In actuality, the CEO and other key members of most Chinese companies are political appointees and members of the CCP. The board serves as a rubber stamp on the decisions of the CEO, who is acting in the interests of the Party or at the Party's explicit direction.
I highly recommend the following book if you want to learn more about how the CCP maintains control over "private" companies. It's called The Party: The Secret World of China's Communist Rulers by Richard McGregor.
It comes down to ideology. If the top leaders of the party really were just in it for the money, that would make sense.
There are differences in opinion about this, but there are at least some people that that think that the central party believes in something, even if it isn't communism. That's the impression I got reading this book.
Take Xi, for example, though. His dad fought in the revolution, and he came of age during the cultural revolution. Since then, he's been inundated with party propaganda his whole life. Sure, he's made sure his family is wealthy beyond most people's wildest dreams. But does he really not care about communist party rule?
Read "The Party" by Richard McGregor, best book on the subject. https://www.amazon.com/Party-Secret-China8217-Communist-Rulers/dp/0061708763
Richard McGregor literally wrote the book on the CCP and their machinations.
