I wouldn't down vote it for quality based on you not knowing the book title he is talking about (or even him typing it in the wrong format) but...based on the fact that he is asking for copywritten material in a public forum, and downloading such material is illegal, I'm down voting it.

As much as it pains me to suggest this, check-out the Pickup Artist. I don't prescribe or subscribe to every idea/strategy he has, but there is some solid information in there about how to be sociable with people you meet on a whim. I was terribly awkward when meeting random people, but I read the book and now I can't talk to most people without any awkwardness.
