Carnivore only diet is bad for your body, but eating all plants is also not good. According to a friend of mine (who currently is on full carnivore diet for testing purposes) and as you can read in that book, one should avoid plants/vegetables/roots that contain lectins, because they cause a lot of auto immune disorders/problems: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lectin
I think it's important to pay attention to how your body feels. Some people are sensitive to garlic and probably shouldn't eat it.
