What were the books called? I’m asking because I don’t think you’ve actually read anything regarding mystery religions.

Here’s a great book if your interested.
Have you ever thought about reading a book regarding Christianity? Not the Bible but a interesting book from a historian?

The reason why I think it’s important to read these things i is because it helped counter my conservative parents.
Pushing the Bible on me and quoting Bible verses didn’t work because the second they would quote a verse, I’d look at the Greek version and what scholars had to say about said verse. Only for my parents to get irritated and stop because I was willing to go way deeper then they were willing to go into Christianity.
You battle religion with knowledge of said religion
I think you are arguing in bad faith and will disengage.
