Besides all the great advice here:
The Richest Man in Babylon. https://www.amazon.com/Richest-Man-Babylon-George-Clason-ebook/dp/B076PZBTZK/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1519087673&sr=8-4&keywords=the+richest+man+in+babylon
This book is a classic for people just like you struggling with debt and finding their footing. It's full of great financial advice in anecdotal form and generally a quick read (one sitting if you are really keen).
To give a quick summary: it basically recommends you save 10 percent of your income and invest it wisely. With the book, this is how the richest man in Babylon became the richest man in Babylon (hence the title). Also, obviously if you are in debt, use that saving to pay down your debts until you have none. Despite its straightforwardness its worth the experience reading the stories throughout exploring this main idea.
What's interesting is that people back when it was written (Published 1926) had the same problems in droves, so hope it lightens you a bit that this is a age old problem and people have definitely beaten it before.
I'm sure quite a few people who come to give advice have read it too and would recommend it.
