The pan is something entirely different from Teflon. I bought one of those and it’s the greatest pan ever! It can take a beating and not a damn thing sticks to it.

If you want a nonstick pan look for this one. It's way more nonstick than Teflon and doesn't have cancerous materials and last a lot longer than cheap pans.
