Okay thanks for your input you seem to know my brother better than I do amazingly. this book is suggested by other subredditer and I know for a fact that he is searching for a way to get stronger and more flexible for climbing so this plus some fun climbing themed t shirt or socks and there you have a perfect gift. Gift it's about doing the extra work to find out what this person wants not just slapping cash at gift card, everything he really wants he can buy himself. https://www.amazon.pl/Rock-Climbers-Exercise-Guide-Flexibility/dp/1493017632/ref=asc_df_1493017632/?tag=plshogostdsp-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=504475073406&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=11406314147173209919&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hv...
I know this is a late follow-up, but I made a version of my own based off of Eric Horst's "The Rock Climber's Exercise Guide". I'll be making some updates to it in the future (as I use it more) so I put it on github. You can find it here!
