This book and this book saved my life in high school.

My high school didn't teach me how to stage manage, just threw me into the wolves. So I picked up some stage management books! If you're low on cash, talk to your school librarian to see if they can order it for you! Or maybe search for past versions that would be much cheaper. Or perhaps your theatre teachers would love to have a copy, and would let you borrow it.

Also it should be said that there are SO MANY stage management books, but the one I linked first is the only one I've found that actively talks about today's technology in stage management. (laptops, word, excel, etc.)
