Really? His argument almost parallels J. Douma's reasoning through what the sixth commandment does and doesn't prohibit. "Thou shalt not kill" does not apply to plant life. It does not apply to removing parts of the body resulting in cell death. By reasoning though the most obvious cases of what is not prohibited, interpretation is able to more precisely state what is prohibited.
