Not racism but BIAS. All of us have it including me, but in this day and age we try not to let bias infect our business as BIAS COST COMPANIES MONEY AS IN IT NARROWS YOUR TALENT POOL TO HIRE. BTW bias can never be proven definitively ... no one can say for sure whats going on in peoples head. SO we have to go with track record. e still have Eli and his a third round value of Jones and not a qb 70 percernt completion (i said 65 before its actually 70) and a terrific year as junior as our qb is more then enough to think they have a bias .
