Have you tried the Harry Potter cook books?
It doesn’t help you immediately bit I recommend adding this cookbook to your wishlist this year! I got it a few years back and thought it was pretty gimmicky, but the recipes are legit, and have cool info alongside them!
Surprisingly, the cookbook that I've made the most things from is the Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook. 'Molly's Meatballs' is one of my favorite things I've ever made. They get made all the time.
I actually found an unofficial HP cookbook when the challenge was going on (not intentionally), but obviously couldn't posted it then. It was in my Amazon recommended (almost like they knew...), so I downloaded a sample. I don't know how to post pics on this so I can't, but here's the link for anyone who wants to try out a few recipes.
This so so generous of you! I’d like to enter my mom for the book. She would love a book folded with a tree design. Today my kid put my makeup on and then tried to eat it. That was the highlight(lol) of my morning. It’s left a pink spot on his forehead and mouth from the lipstick he found. LOL I wish I had gotten a pic.
This is the thing Ive wanted for awhile now. I want to make everything in it! Spoil me!
Here it is on Amazon. I actually received multiple copies of it for my birthday; my friends know my taste, ha.
Great "shimmering slabs" of Coconut Ice are mentioned in the description of treats sold at Honeydukes in GoF.
Something that would be cool to think of for next year would be a watch. In the wizarding world, witches and wizards traditionally get a watch on their 17th birthday (their "coming of age" year). Harry got one from Mrs. Weasley and as someone who is also a huge Harry Potter fan, this would have made 17 year old me geek.
For this year, if she likes baking, the "Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook" is a great and inexpensive gift (I use it every Halloween at a minimum). I received a Wizard's Chess Set for Christmas one year that I adore and have on display. I have a time turner necklace that I wear all the time. If you know her Hogwarts house, a house scarf is often a pragmatic and meaningful gift (for any merch, I'd advise that you check that the colors are right). I would recommend etsy for the scarf since those tend to be higher quality than stores like Party City/other online retailers. As someone else mentioned, Hot Topic is a great place for Harry Potter merch (t-shirts, sweatpants, necklaces, etc). Good luck!
Oh lol here it is

There is a Harry Potter cookbook: https://www.amazon.com/Unofficial-Harry-Potter-Cookbook-Knickerbocker/dp/1440503257
It is an unofficial version, but I have it at home, and it contains the recipes of most mentioned dishes in the books.
There’s also this Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook
You could go pick up a Harry Potter Cookbook and work through some recipes there or else you could make some traditional English dishes such as Bangers and Mash or Fish and Chips!

I'm so sorry you guys are going through this.
If you browse through Etsy, there's all sorts of great handmade jewelry, scarves/gloves/hats, and clothing, plus you can have things custom-made to fit her. That can get kinda pricey, but it's worth it, because a lot of the shopkeepers on there are willing to work with you on styles and stuff if you reach out.
There's the official store, where you can find all the merchandise they sell in the WWoHP. Also kinda expensive, but again, this is the real deal.
Another thought; if you're good at cooking, there's an unofficial HP cookbook out, you could whip up some great wizarding treats for her!
I hope your holidays go well and that you manage to find a way to make it work out.
