No idea about software. Software for reading blueprints, yeah. Anything that reads pdf. Plenty of youtube videos, thou.
You may dislike this but a great way to learn the basics of understanding what you are looking at on prints is to dive into a entry level college CM Construction Means & Methods text book. It will help you better understand what you are looking at while reading blueprints because of the various systems shown in lieu of other components on certain series of drawings (Architectural/Structural,MEP, etc.)
