Think 9011kidd was meaning this . It has a sloped plastic piece that when you brush down, the angle pushes the brush hard against the wall. Like a car spoiler but in water..
It really does reduce brushing effort. There are several other brudhes out there with similar ideas.
Btw, Nice cleanup job!
There is this that makes scrubbing the walls a lot easier.
I have a couple different brushes & poles that I use for different things. The brush heads will eventually lose bristles and need to be replaced if they're kept outside in the sun so just get used to buying them and starting a small collection.
For walls, when the pool was new and I was brushing daily, the Wall Whale was super effective. It takes a few minutes to get the hang of it but it really does make vertical brushing easier but it can be unwieldy for regular use.
A small 360 brush is great for scrubbing corners, stairs and other tight spots.
I use a small curved brush w/ handle for the water line and split face, usually while I'm in the pool.
Finall, Oriq makes good quality general use brushes that are more expensive than wal mart level options but they seem so last a good long time.
