They are very expensive and hard to come by.
In the US the official hardcover can be found only at Amazon.com and it is $445.00 on Amazon.
The official paperback used will run you $110 at Amazon and $300 at Barnes & Noble. A new paperback will cost $600 at Amazon.

Guess you have to pay a bit more now to get it from second hand sellers, but it's worth it.
