I googled a bit and found some places selling it as an ebook. Not sure how any of the stores works in terms of being able to print out the recipes (whether you get a downloadable file or just "access" in some way etc). Can't vouch for any of the stores either, and there are most likely more places that has it available in digital form. These were the first three I found, if nothing else I guess it's proof of a digital version existing.
