The Zombie Knight Saga by George M. Frost, the first book is free on Amazon.
Yeah, sure thing. Thanks for reading.
Well I did read The Zombie Knight and caught up to it a couple years ago but I haven't read it after as it went on hiatus. But it seems the author is back. I like it as it has some action scenes like Cradle and the powers are science-based. You'll definetly like it as it reminds me of Cradle in the action scenes and it was just so cool. It is a web novel but there is also some collected in amazon book format.

The good news is it is free.
But you can read the rest of the story on Royal Road as well

Worm is pretty awesome and to say that Taylor is an underdog may even be an understatement. She is a teenager that controls bugs in a world with god like beings.
(Thanks for the dice fact I didn't know that Wildbow had done that. I remember another web novel where the author rolled the dice for everything in the story from looks, sexuality, and powers of the characters.)
I would recommend Mother of Learning and The zombie knight both are free web novels and have pretty great underdog characters. You can get the first arc of The Zombie Knight for free on amazon and the rest can be read on the author's website.
None of the three protagonist are chosen ones or anything similar to that and if they win it is through planning, intimidation, and adapting faster than their enemy.
> But the WN's copyright isn't being used in the US, so it actually is fair game.
Syosetu is global with no region-locks thus used in the US and you don't need to use the copyright for it to be enforced.
>Anecdotal evidence. I need facts please.
