I user a Thermos mug that has insulating performance on par with the Zojirushi. The Zojirushi looks like it has other nice features in the lid but I like the basicness of the Thermos. I've also dropped it and dented it many times with nothing but cosmetic damage.
I’ve used this one every day for several years, and I’m very happy with it. No funnel required, keeps the heat in very well, and it’s built like a tank. https://www.amazon.com/THERMOS-Stainless-Travel-Tumbler-Midnight/dp/B002PY7AYS/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&qid=1521058590&sr=8-12&keywords=thermos
We have this Thermos mug. It's good, but ours can leak a bit when placed on its side and tapped just right.
We currently like the Zojurushi, because it has a little slider that can lock the button and prevent the mug from accidentally opening.
Take a look at the length of your link, compare it to this link to the same product page.
In the middle of the link you'd used, there's a string of code that means that someone gets a cut of every purchase made through it - a practice not allowed here, even unintentionally.
I've had one of these for around two and a half years and it's held up really well. Still seals up tight, doesn't spill. Keeps coffee hot for 8 hours when I'm working outside in a Minnesota winter. Lid comes apart so it's really easy to clean. Can't recommend it enough.
I went with the Thermos Steel King because it's easier to drink out of. Basically, brew your tea in a kettle, put it in and use it like a travel coffee mug. Works well for me.
Either way, Thermos makes some quality stuff so you'll be fine either way.
Yes! I personally use this one: Thermos Stainless King 16-Ounce Leak-Proof Travel Mug But it's the same idea. As long as there is no seam anywhere near the opening of the mug, it's all good.
This is the best Travel Mug I've ever owned. I have 2 one with a handle and one without.
It doesn't leak, I throw them in my backpack each day and never find coffee has dripped out, unlike all my other ones.
The lid comes apart for cleaning so no weird tastes.
The finish on them gets scratched up a little but I don't care about that.
i got this Thermos about half a year ago. it's definitely worth the money, mine's been (literally) thrown around, it's still good, and things stay hot forever in them. i have absolutely no complaints about it. i'm really cheap but i figured it was better to spend the money on something that worked well rather than something that might break/open on me
Best mug that I've ever used. I've been using one for 7 years now.

This is my absolute favorite for my commute to work and school, and it stays super hot for a really long time.
In my studio I like to use this bad boy. And no I didn't spend that much on a mug, I found it at BassPro for 13.99. Double walled Titanium keeps it pretty well insulated, but it works better with a cap or cover.
I really like to take a long time to drink my coffee, for me it's about a 1-2 hour process of small sips during which I'm working on something. So these devices are pretty nice for that.
I use this mug and it keeps my coffee hot all day: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002PY7AYS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_58MG0ARPCCZM2GYEBVCR?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Yep. Top rack. Haven’t had a problem yet.

I love my Thermos tumbler. Had it for over 6 years now and I swear this thing is indestructible. It also has a handy tea bag hook.

Best travel mug I've found. Leak proof is a huge deciding factor for me.
Buy yourself a thermos so you never have to worry about inferior coffee containment devices again. Wash it annually if you're a clean freak.
I like this model of cup from Thermos:
It is not too expensive, is easy to use, and is very well insulated. Plus, it fits in the top rack of the dishwasher. (listed as hand-wash only, but the only problems I have had were cosmetic. You'll mess up the finish, basically)
I use a Thermos travel tumbler, it works like a charm.
I fill one of these with coffee and strap it down to my rear rack with a couple of bicycle inner tubes. Never moves, and I can access it even at a drive through.

I'm downvoting you and here's why. We all enjoy using this subreddit, but it can get frustrating when folks don't even do a simple search at the top.
Edit: I agree with other posters in here regarding a mug instead. The go-to is clearly this one.
It started out as this But I didn't like the color so I sanded it down to that nice steel color.
I had a Contigo, then made the switch to a Thermos. Haven't looked back.
An even better deal: http://www.amazon.com/Thermos-Brand-Tumbler-Food-Jar/dp/B005J6VA0Y/ref=sr_1_21?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1332134806&sr=1-21

This is the mug I found to be the best. about 4 hours before it begins to lose significant heat, about 8 before warming up (can hold cold drinks as well). not terribly expensive, and it all comes apart to clean it. Silicone seals ensure that you can close the lid and toss the cup into the air, worry-free of leaks (tested it myself).
I use the Thermos Stainless King at work, but not for keeping things hot. I use it for my gatorade so it'll stay cold longer while I'm working the induction brazing unit. Where the bits we use get up to 2000 degrees F so the copper braze can flow. Put some water/whatever you wanna keep cold in the freezer for a bit til its slushy and pour it into it and it'll stay cold for hours.
I've owned the OXO model and the Contigo model. I liked the Contigo a bit better, but both retained smells and had nooks that were hard to clean. There's nothing nastier than dried coffee film getting dislodged from deep within the lid and washing into your mouth.
I now use a Thermos travel mug. It's my favorite of the 3, but still not perfect.
