I'm sitting in my lounge chair (raising feet helps me), wearing a fleece jacket, cozy soft scarf (keeps drafts off my neck, which can help prevent headaches) and these compression gloves - (they are AMAZING!). They also help with grip issues with RA - due to pain, we lack feedback, so it's easy to drop things.
