You could give these a try: https://www.amazon.com/Extractor-THINKWORK-Stripped-Remover-Adapter/dp/B0869BR8MG/
I've used them before to remove stuff. find the right size and pound it on with a hammer. then just use a breaker bar and unscrew the nut.
If you can bang a socket size smaller on there or
if you have a set of these https://www.amazon.ca/THINKWORK-Extractor-Stripped-Remover-Removal/dp/B0869BR8MG. I would still replace that stripped bolt regardless if it does have to come out.
on the Honda K series engines you do need to remove that center bolt to remove the tensioner assembly. Might be the same on the honda/acura v6

Something like this should work.

There are socket sets designed to remove rounded bolts and lugnuts.
https://www.amazon.com/Extractor-THINKWORK-Stripped-Remover-Adapter/dp/B0869BR8MG
They're reverse threaded with teeth to bite into the bolt itself so the head pattern is irrelevant. An electric impact driver with a set of these can deal with like 99% of lock lugs you'd come across.
They have sockets that are designed to dig into the metal. Probably at your local hardware store. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/THINKWORK-Extractor-Stripped-Remover-Removal/dp/B0869BR8MG/ . I am sure they have something smaller. If not, drill it out later and use a stripped screw remover. Good luck
you can try to hammer on it a hex nut (not the 12 sided one) ... you can try to weld something on it ... you can try to saw it off using a dremel ...
or you might try that ... https://www.amazon.com/Extractor-THINKWORK-Stripped-Remover-Adapter/dp/B0869BR8MG
and interesting article is here https://www.streetmusclemag.com/tech-stories/10-tricks-remove-stuck-seized-stripped-bolt-nut/
Use PB blaster and use the right round screw removers

I also had the same problem and cheap and piss poor Ford design.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0869BR8MG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_8E6JKC0Q008KR8MR1ECN I would use something like this. Find the size with the tightest fit if you have to tap it on with a hammer that's the one. This should remove it
I had the same thing, put one of these on a impact and worked like a charm
