This might be a good book for you. I've been talking about John McCain quite a bit in the past week, specifically the torture he endured and the success he had afterwards. Anyways, McCain was in the Navy during the Vietnam War. The reviews on Amazon look promising. I should probably read it some time, but I have so many books to read right now and so many that I want to read, making this a book on the back burner.
