On console you'll need to stay within the ecosystem of one brand.
On the Thrustmaster website they have a bunch of wheels for variety, you can just pick what you think is the coolest. Now, you'd have to consider whether or not you want to consider adding a rig to this, as well. This setup can just clamp to a desk, but if you want a nice posture and something sturdy to hold it all:
If neither of these look good you can just search sim racing cockpit on Amazon and one of those is bound to be within your budget and quality tolerance. Down the road you can buy whatever other wheels, or wheelbases, or pedals, or shifter, etc etc
I've been using the t3pm pedals for over a year now and honestly they're great for the price. You do have to get TRJ12 adapter if you don't have a thrustmaster wheel. I mean, $150 total for the pedals and adapter, it's not bad at all. Here are the Amazon links.

I recommend the T3PM (great magnetic pedal set at a lower price): https://www.amazon.com/Thrustmaster-T-3PM-Racing-Pedals-PS5-Xbox/dp/B096D5JTZX/ref=sr_1_1?crid=934HQ6VBFHDG&keywords=t3pm&qid=1654072893&sprefix=t3pm%2Caps%2C134&sr=8-1
