It does have rubber pads on all four corners but you might apply more pressure on the break pedal than the pads can withhold. You can always get this Thrustmaster T-Pedals Stand (PS5, PS4, XBOX Series X/S, One, PC) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083MN9X6W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_0A2Q5NSE7HGWCNTSWP7D
The T-Pedals Stand has worked really well for me...it’s out of stock on Amazon but should be available in other retailers.
Have you tried placing a block under the pedals attachment?
I bought it from Amazon for $50. Should be able to purchase wherever TM products are sold. The stand isn’t attached as in mounted, but I was able to slot the playseat sliding pedal base into a gap at the front of the stand.
Is it on a rig? Known balance problems if not mounted on a rig, if not then get https://www.amazon.com/ThrustMaster-T-Pedals-Stand-PC-Mac-Linux/dp/B083MN9X6W or just diy your own
Sounds like you need this pedal stand.
