i’m in the exact same boat as you. In canada, own a t300 with multiple wheels and just picked up the TLCM pedals. I will most likely end up with this upgrade at some point. I believe you can just buy the tspc base? Sell off the t300 with the stock wheel (assuming you have other wheels)
Maybe just set a camel camel camel alert and see if this comes up ever for sale soon.

I haven’t tried it myself, but I would pay an extra 150 to 200$ to try it after selling my t300
