Have this bike rack, which I think came with a cable that loops onto the pin of the hitch.
The only thing is that it doesn't tilt, which means I can't open the hatch door barely with rack on:

I'll lock the bike rear tire and frame with the TiGr lock, passing the cable through both wheels and TiGr lock also then loop it to the pin before putting lock on pin end.
If camping or leaving the bike on the vehicle, I'd cover it with a tarp and tie it down in a bit of a hastle, messy manner.
