Nice choice. Did you know that George Takei has had an autobiography book out for a number of years now? It's actually pretty good, and worth a read/listen.

I'm actually reading Trek biographies right now. I just read To The Stars George Takia's biography. I'm currently reading The Longest Trek Grace Lee Whitney aka Yeomen Rand's bio, and next I'm going to read From sawdust to stardust DeForest Kelly's.

George Takei's autobiography is excellent. He reads the audio book himself.
He's led a very interesting life.
