That's a lot of calories. Anyway, you can get this giant Toblerone from Amazon.
Just ordered on for a Christmas present. It isn’t value when worked out £/100g but the novelty factor is worth the extra tenner or so IMO
This is my fail-safe... buy her the slightly fancier/larger version of something that she buys herself as a treat (but NOT a different flavour/colour unless you're really sure).
eg my wife likes Toblerone, so one year I bought her one of the massive 4.5kg Toblerone - it is genuinely one huge bar (not lots of smaller bars in a big box) - if you keep an eye out during the year you can find them on sale in Autumn for about half price. Or she had a winter beanie that was only cheap but was starting to get a bit knackered and holes were appearing. But it was a particular shade of colour she liked (dusky orange), so it was hard to match precisely, but buying her a new warmer beanie in just the right shade went down a treat.
Amazon to the rescue.
The pr fluff says it would take weeks to consume, but they clearly have not reckoned with true Toblerone addicts. And I don't think these candy bars spoil. I remember taking one with me when I moved to Japan...and ten years later, when I left, I found it. And ate it. It was fine. Maybe a bit musty, but Japan is kinda humid...
Hey next time try to use the item name in the title. Makes it easier to search the sub and remove double posts.
Name: "Jumbo Toblerone"
I think this is it. There seem to be different jumbo toblerones though. This one weighs 4.5kg and measures 80cm (11.8 pounds).
I've purchased two of the 4.5 kg (10lb) bars before. The first one came from a candy store in Banff and the other was from Shoppers Drug Mart.
If you can't find one locally, there's always Amazon.
Not a deal, Amazon has them for half that.
Try your local independent corner shop (something like Nisa local...) Our local one has all manner of huge chocolate bars, and remarkably cheap too - for instance a massive Toblerone for £3
If you are willing to throw an obscene amount of money at it, this fucker is 4.5kg: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Toblerone-Milk-Chocolate-Jumbo-4-5kg/dp/B004INT01A

Allow me to introduce you to THE JUMBO TOBLERONE!
You don't deserve this big Toblerone, but you can buy them everywhere.
Must be a fake one. Biggest I can find is 10lb and it's nowhere near the size of the one in the pic.
I would guess about 1% of Calgarians will do so. I would peg my guess at 12,500 people. This would be further reduced by people without homes and who will not be giving out candy, so reduce that number by half.
So to answer your question, 6,250 people will be giving out full size candy bars this Halloween in Calgary.
I am not buying full size candy bars for kids this year. I am handing these out:
Only 4.5 KG per bar, but that should make those kids happy.
B... ask her to get you this
My stepfather's Old English Sheepdog once ate most of a giant novelty-sized Toblerone bar (including the cardboard box and foil wrapper) that my stepfather had bought at an airport duty-free shop. Fortunately, it was really, really milky chocolate.
He didn't take her (the dog) to the vet (we were poor), and she was off her rocker for about 12 hours. At one point she dug up the root ball of a banana tree and ate about half of that. Interestingly, this seemed to calm her down a bit.
TL;DR Chocolate might not kill your dog, but it can definitely make him/her crazy for a day.
You mean something like this?
if it makes you feel less betrayed thies things http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kraft-Toblerone-Jumbo-4-5-Kg/dp/B004INT01A are one solid piece and a pain in the arse to eat
hmmm. 2KG. They make one over twice that size, ya know:
Wow, only $400
Not as good as this one I bought the missus at Christmas. Was still knocking around 3 months later! One giant 5kg bar.
