I agree your signals are very high.. if there is a problem due to the walls of your building then you can try placing an antenna outside but it probably won't help that much since your best signals are from the south east. I would try moving it around on that side of your apartment and maybe you will find a good spot.. make sure the cable is RG6 to extend the antenna and since ABC and NBC are high VHF meaning 11 real and above you want to make sure any antenna you get is High VHF if bunny ears don't work for you

something like that from amazon or your local discount store
so there is also your rabbitears readout for brian tx which is close to you..

looks like you should be able to get CBS Fox ABC and a few more with just a rabbitears antenna you won't need more than that and then just select the input on your tv .. the sheild will be on HDMI and the antenna on coax .. shields are a little expensive and unless you want it for gaming you can save yourself $50 or more just by getting a generic Android box on Amazon or Ebay.. they are nice devices maybe but if all you are doing is watching TV then save yourself some money.

something like that maybe from a local discount store so you can return it if needed but you shouldn't need to.. see what it does
Actually you can still get plenty of content over-the-air with an antenna. Rabbit ears are still sold, in fact, though they are rarely the best antenna option nowadays.
I get ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS, plus a dozen lesser know channels in HD with a $30 antenna.
