I used to have this problem. I like listening to ASMR with in-ear earbuds, but lying on your side on a pillow squishes them uncomfortably into your ears. My solution was to buy one of those as-seen-on-tv Total Pillows and sleep with my ear resting inside the hole! As for youtube commercials, you basically have to either tough it out or buy a Youtube Music subscription (which removes all commercials).

I don't think it's ripped, but it's definitely migrating. That really sucks, I'm sorry. If you get a ear cartilage piercing in the future you should invest in a Total Pillow or something of the sort. My girlfriend has a bunch of ear piercings and used this for all of them and never had one reject.

Definitely! If you plan on getting more piercings, I suggest buying a pillow specifically made for piercings.
