I just float brown trout. Easy peasy and no TP required. The fish love it too. When I'm going to have my little girl or my wife on the island with me, I bring this. , and mount to a 5 gallon bucket.
Just a little update for you.
I switched over from my outdoor toilet to a portable bucket design with a specialized toilet seat lid. Much, much more convenient.
Otherwise, everything has been working great.
Little update for you. I switched over to using 5 gallon buckets with specialized toilet lids that snap on. Way more convenient and cheap too.
I'd just get one for each family member and 2x the # of buckets so you can rotate them.
Fresh sawdust or pine shavings works the best in terms of coverage and smell.
Your best bet is a 5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat lid and a bag of pine shavings.
This man has the right idea, except for the unnecessary insults.
In the future one of these plus a 5 gallon bucket ($2 at any hardware store) and a bag of pine shavings will do the trick. Provided you have space for a compost bin.
