Ok I’m back!
I bought these powerline ethernet and they work great for getting the connection to the other end of the house and then I plug the google Wi-Fi in at that end. So far so good.
The outlets just make the network go through your power cord. I have one connecting my TV and ps4 to the router on the other side of my house. On a good day on my pc I get 80mbs, which is plugged in next to the router and on my TV/ps4 I'll get 75mbs.
I can't remember the brand I got but I just google network power adapter and this was the first to show up
I just bought https://www.amazon.de/dp/B00A0VBPLM/ref=pe_386171_38075861_TE_item this one. Pretty cheap and works great.
What you should look out for: Some models have Wlan built in and can provide wireless connection to other devices. Can be nice if you want better connection for your phone etc.
Some have a power socket integrated.
Most models are inter compatible with other brands, but check again if you're going to mix
How about a pair of these ??

But reading you only have a modem, that might be tricky...

Edit : does your modem only have 1 space for an ethernet cable ? most modern modems have the router and wifi built in so you can plug in more than one ethernet cable...

So maybe a wifi booster would be better ??

You do not need a 750W psu for that hardware. The 2600X would not profit from being watercooled.
> I do need wifi on this build, but Idk if I should take a proper wifi card or if I just need an mobo with networks features ?
Do you really need Wifi/ Ethernet is so much better, especially for gaming. If it's just about not routing a cable through the house you can use the electric wiring, with adapters like https://www.amazon.fr/TP-Link-Mbps-avec-Port-Ethernet/dp/B00A0VBPLM. Usually still better than wifi.
If that's no option: It does not matter. You can get a regular board and add a wifi card, that way you are more flexible, or you take on with wifi integrated.
Does the budget include the monitor?
I'd say get a B550 board for the PCI-E 4.0 and the easier upgrade to the next Ryzen processor. Move the processor to a Ryzen 5 3600, it is better for gaming and not that much more expensive. Adda cpu cooler to minimize noise. Instead of the Gigabyte card in France the EVGA 2060 KO is a better deal. Like this:

No need to lay wires, you can either use power line adapters or a WiFi repeater with an Ethernet connector.
So, I think this adapter kit is a better choice. https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00A0VBPLM/
I do to. These would do the job just fine.
I am considering a Powerline Adapter
What do you think?
You should probably get a Powerline ethernet setup - something like this. My house in the USA is 150+ years old and it works fine for me. I was looking at an impossible ethernet run otherwise (no wall or floor entry into the room, would need to run from downstairs into another room then out a room and down a hallway and into a room) https://www.amazon.com.au/TP-Link-TL-PA4010PKIT-Powerline-Ethernet-Adapter/dp/B00A0VBPLM/ref=dp_ob_title_ce
