I just got this (sorry , I don't know how to format) chair pad. I have a desk job and my pain was getting bad. It hasn't gone away but im not in a ton of pain anymore. I love this thing enough that i actually left a review.
OK! My lower back pain was not gone but it was NOTICEABLY less. I didn't have to go home and support my back with a pile of pillows on the couch when I got home, I was perfectly comfortable standing while I chopped away and made yummy soup.
This is the one I got. Sorry I suck at formatting. I'm thinking about getting one for my car too. They aren't too expensive, or HEY! I could add it to my wishlist!
